Job Description
**Job Title:** Spare Parts Revenue Expert **Role Summary** Drive Spare Parts revenue growth through product category optimization, pricing strategy, and sales performance management. **Expectations** - Define and structure Spare Parts categories and families. - Analyze category performance and set sales targets (volume, revenue, margin). - Develop and implement category strategies for sustainable growth. - Create growth scenarios aligned with market dynamics and customer needs. - Manage product offerings across lifecycles. - Design value-based/market-based pricing strategies using Syncron Price. - Support After-Sales teams in achieving revenue goals. - Act as technical point of contact for Syncron Price pricing tool. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze sales data to set and monitor segment-specific objectives (geography/customer groups). - Align pricing strategies with market trends and customer demands. - Optimize pricing/lifecycle management through Syncron Price. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute category strategies. - Provide technical support and guidance for pricing tool usage. **Required Skills** - Proven sales, pricing, or marketing experience (B2B industrial sector preferred). - Advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP, and Syncron Price (or similar pricing tools). - Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication and stakeholder-influence skills. - Leadership to align and engage teams across functions. - Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer-centric focus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration. - Technical background preferred. - Proficient English (advanced required); additional language(s) advantageous.
