Job Description

Job Title: AI Conversational Designer Role Summary: Design, build, and optimize AI-powered conversational solutions on Azure, driving intelligent chatbots, process automation, and implementation of AI initiatives. Expactations: Drive AI strategy alignment, identify and propose process improvements, translate business needs into technical solutions, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, share knowledge, and continuously learn and challenge existing practices. Key Responsibilities: • Deploy, test, and maintain autonomous AI solutions in Azure. • Provide GenAI technical support internally and externally. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve group processes with AI. • Partner with clients and collaborators on AI project deployment. • Contribute to strategic AI rollout plans. • Share expertise within the organization’s learning community. Required Skills: • Proven experience in designing and implementing AI chatbots. • Strong technical foundation in Microsoft Azure (AI Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Power Platform). • Client‑focused communication ability. • Self‑directed with effective collaboration skills. • Critical thinker with entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity. • B2 proficiency in French and Dutch; English an advantage. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field. • Azure-related certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate) preferred.
