Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Insights Analyst **Role Summary:** Deliver actionable business intelligence by managing customer master data, developing interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, and ensuring seamless integration across SAP and Salesforce. Support commercial decision‑making, enforce data governance, and drive process automation for Canadian and Consumer/Commercial units. **Expactations:** - Uphold data accuracy and integrity for sales and incentive programs. - Provide timely, reliable reporting to enable evidence‑based strategy. - Collaborate with sales, operations, and project teams to identify improvement opportunities. - Maintain and continuously enhance data processes and SOPs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Validate, correct, and reconcile sales data across internal and external platforms. - Design, build, and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards for sell‑in/out, inventory, and channel performance. - Own end‑to‑end customer master data lifecycle in SAP and Salesforce (setup, mapping, cleansing, discrepancy resolution). - Coordinate Canadian Consumer/Commercial SIPs, including data engineering, analytics reporting, and payout facilitation. - Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver concise insights. - Drive automation of workflows and improve system efficiency through technology and AI integration. - Produce ad‑hoc reports and support strategic planning initiatives. - Develop and enforce data governance policies, modeling standards, and transformation rules. - Create and maintain SOPs for data-related processes. **Required Skills:** - Expert proficiency in Tableau and Power BI dashboard development. - Strong data governance, modeling, and transformation expertise across enterprise systems. - Advanced knowledge of SAP and Salesforce data integration. - Advanced Excel skills, including macros and data manipulation. - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management abilities. - Clear, concise communication in English, with proactive collaboration experience. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence. - Preferred certifications: Tableau Desktop Specialist/Expert, Microsoft Power BI Certified, SAP Certified Application Associate, Salesforce Administrator.
