Lead Fullstack Java/Javascript Developer
**Role Summary**
Lead and mentor a team of junior developers within a growing practice. Drive technical excellence on build, maintenance, and corrective projects, ensuring high quality, secure, and well-tested applications for clients in transportation, finance, and public sectors.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Java and JavaScript development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5).

- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working under a consultant‑manager who supports growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Mentor and coach junior developers, facilitating skill development.
- Conduct detailed technical analysis and design studies.
- Adapt, parameterise, and modify solutions to meet client requirements.
- Enforce test strategy (TDD, BDD, unit, integration) and ensure adherence to testing best practices.
- Perform code reviews and uphold coding standards.
- Participate in technical scoping, estimation, and pre‑sales activities.
- Ensure application security aligns with industry and client standards.
**Required Skills**
- Java (Spring Boot, Spring Batch) and JavaScript (Angular, React, Vue.js, TypeScript).
- Version control (Git, GitLab, GitHub) and CI/CD (Jenkins, Ansible, SonarQube).
- Containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Monitoring/Observability (ELK, Datadog).
- Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, NoSQL.
- Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.
- Test‑driven development (TDD, BDD) and unit/integration testing.
- Code review, technical estimation, and pre‑sales support.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and mentoring abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
