Job Title: IT Service Management Consultant
Role Summary:
Consult on the design, implementation, and optimization of IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions within PwC’s Cloud Transformation practice. Lead end‑to‑end ITSM system development—organizational models, processes, tools, architecture, deployment pipelines, change management, and automation testing—to help clients accelerate digital transformation on an international scale.
Expectations:
- Deliver consultative services across multiple client engagements, focusing on ITSM strategy and execution.
- Design and implement ITSM systems from concept to production, including platform architecture (ServiceNow, Atlassian, EasyVista).
- Manage end‑to‑end project phases: scoping, road‑mapping, deployment strategy, release management, and automated QA.
- Drive innovation through hyper‑automation, Generative AI, and chatbot solutions.
- Contribute to the Cloud Transformation ITSM community and co‑develop PwC France’s ITSM offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define ITSM operating models and process frameworks aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Scope implementation projects, craft roadmaps, and determine deployment strategies.
- Architect functional, data, and technical ITSM platforms.
- Create functional and technical design specifications, establish release pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
- Design automated test suites and define acceptance criteria for system integrations.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth stakeholder adoption.
- Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies in cloud, AI, and automation.
- Collaborate with internal PwC Cloud Transformation teams to refine service offerings.
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years (or 5–10 years for Manager/Senior Manager) of experience designing/developing ITSM systems on cloud platforms (ServiceNow, Atlassian, EasyVista).
- Deep knowledge of ITIL processes and their implementation in ITSM tools.
- Proficiency in ITSM architecture: functional, data, and technical.
- Expertise in integration and authentication solutions (e.g., OAuth, SAML).
- Strong understanding of release management, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Familiarity with SecNumCloud and GDPR compliance requirements.
- Vendor certification(s) in relevant ITSM platforms.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Vendor certifications in ServiceNow, Atlassian, EasyVista, or equivalent ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Atlassian Administrator, EasyVista Certified).
