Job title: Partner Solutions Architect – EMEA
Role Summary: Partner‑focused presales architect responsible for accelerating ClickHouse adoption through co‑sell engagements with hyperscalers, SI partners, and ISVs across EMEA. Drives partner enablement, solution packaging, and market‑readiness while contributing to revenue targets.
Expectations:
- Drive partner‑led Go‑to‑Market (GTM) and co‑sell initiatives.
- Own the partner enablement lifecycle, delivering technical curricula, playbooks, and train‑the‑trainer programs.
- Act as the technical advocate for ClickHouse in partner and industry forums, influencing product roadmap and field priorities.
- Achieve quota‑carrying revenue growth through partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced deals.
- Maintain high‑level communication with partner architects and internal GTM teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead tech discovery, deep dives, and POCs with AWS, Azure, GCP, SIs, and ISVs.
2. Identify and document repeatable partner‑led use cases (real‑time analytics, observability, AI/ML, IoT, etc.).
3. Build and scale structured partner enablement paths (technical curriculum, demos, solution briefs, training).
4. Develop reusable solution playbooks (architecture patterns, ingestion design, performance guidance, ROI/TCO).
5. Co‑innovate vertical or workload‑based solutions with partners.
6. Present at partner summits, industry events, and regional meetups.
7. Capture partner/client insights to shape product roadmap and documentation.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years in partner engineering, partner presales, or solutions architecture for analytical databases, data warehouses, lakehouses, streaming platforms, or cloud data services.
- Hands‑on expertise with at least one hyperscaler; experience with two or more is a plus.
- Strong SQL, columnar database fundamentals, ingestion pipelines (Kafka, CDC, ETL), and observability stacks.
- Proven track record in building and scaling partner enablement programs, co‑sell motions, and partner‑led POCs/migrations.
- Excellent communication – whiteboard teamwork to high‑profile conference presentations.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages beneficial.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and solution architecture (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are preferred.
