**Job Title:** Supply Chain Manager **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end inbound logistics and warehouse operations for a fast‑growing beauty brand, ensuring seamless flow of goods from global suppliers to UK and US fulfillment centers. Partner with inventory planners, freight partners, and internal teams to maintain accurate stock, data integrity, and scalable processes. **Expectations:** - Deliver reliable, on‑time freight management across international lanes. - Maintain high data quality in master‑data systems. - Drive continuous improvement in logistics and operational efficiency. - Support product launches with operational readiness. - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders while thriving in a rapid‑growth environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and coordinate inbound freight from global suppliers to UK and US warehouses. - Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse providers. - Oversee stock handling, reconciliation, and inter‑warehouse transfers. - Ensure clean, accurate master data in systems such as Unleashed and Airtable. - Identify and implement process improvements across logistics, systems, and operations. - Provide operational support for new product launches to guarantee flawless execution. **Required Skills:** - 4+ years experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management (FMCG/CPG preferred). - Proven track record managing global freight and warehouse operations. - Strong proficiency with supply‑chain data systems and commitment to data integrity. - Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities. - Highly organized, proactive, and able to remain composed under pressure. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP, CIPS) preferred but not mandatory.
