**Job Title**
Salesforce Developer – Enhance & Operate
**Role Summary**
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives. Work closely with Solution Owners and Technical Leads to transform requirements into robust, scalable implementations, ensuring high quality, maintainability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Translate business requirements into well‑architected Salesforce solutions.
2. Participate in technical design sessions; produce design and solution documentation.
3. Develop, test, and document custom code, integrations, and data migration components.
4. Build custom interfaces and extensions using Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, triggers, batch Apex, and other programmatic solutions.
5. Execute comprehensive test plans, write unit tests, and ensure quality delivery.
6. Follow coding standards, participate in code reviews, and enforce appropriate design patterns.
7. Estimate effort and create work‑breakdown structures for assigned tasks.
8. Stay current with Salesforce releases and new product capabilities, integrating them into projects as needed.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 2 years of Salesforce platform experience.
- Proficient in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange solutions.
- Extensive development experience: Visualforce, Apex controllers, triggers, batch Apex, Lightning Web Components, and related programmatic solutions.
- Strong configuration skills using Salesforce point‑and‑click administration interface.
- Ability to write automated tests and unit tests.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with version control and development lifecycle practices.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Active Salesforce certifications (or ability to earn them upon hire): Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, and JavaScript Development.
- Architect‑level certifications (e.g., Identity and Access Management, Sharing and Visibility) are a plus.
