**Job Title**
Chief Technology Officer – Platform & Design Authority (CTO Platform & Design Authority)
**Role Summary**
Lead the technical vision for the organization, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and high‑performance software solutions. Drive the transition to a cloud‑first, SaaS‑enabled architecture while maintaining an enterprise‑wide Design Authority that governs architecture, quality, and compliance standards.

- Maintain continuous improvement of architecture, security, and performance across the product portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and communicate the long‑term technical roadmap in partnership with the Director of Technology & Information and the R&D Director.
- Command the Move‑to‑SaaS initiative, overseeing re‑architecture, migration, and deployment of applications to secure, scalable cloud environments.
- Lead the Design Authority: set architectural standards, review technology choices, approve design decisions, and ensure adherence to quality and security guidelines.
- Coordinate cross‑functional technical activities (R&D, product, marketing, operations) to align standards, practices, and deliverables.
- Conduct active technology scouting to anticipate market shifts and strengthen the company’s competitive position in e‑health.
- Ensure technologies meet HDS compliance, security best practices, and organizational sustainability goals.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years of technical leadership in software development, preferably in healthcare or digital services.
- Deep expertise in cloud/SaaS architecture (private, public, HDS).
- Proficiency with Java, PHP, React, .NET, and CI/CD tooling (Git, Jenkins, Nexus, Docker, Jira).
- Strong understanding of security, privacy, compliance (HDS, GDPR), and performance optimization for digital health solutions.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross‑functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
- Adaptability to fast‑changing technical landscapes.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications in cloud architecture (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect) and/or security (CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer).
- Knowledge of HDS certification requirements and related digital health regulations is highly desirable.
