**Job Title:** Senior Full Stack Python/React Developer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance, secure APIs and frontend features for a healthcare access platform. Lead technical decisions, ensure scalability and compliance with health data regulations, and collaborate cross‑functionally to improve patient and practitioner experience.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 5 years of professional Python development experience (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
- Proven background in startup or scale‑up environments with product ownership and load‑balancing responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of health‑sector data security, GDPR, and sensitive data handling.
- Engineering or equivalent technical degree; aptitude for complex architectural challenges.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Architect and implement RESTful APIs in Python (FastAPI/Flask) for services such as medical availability, teleconsultation, and appointment booking.
2. Add new platform features, focusing on data‑driven functionality and user flow improvements.
3. Optimize system reliability, performance, and scalability to support rapid user and partner growth.
4. Work closely with Product, Data, and Ops teams to align technical solutions with business goals and regulatory standards.
5. Participate in technology road‑mapping, architecture reviews, and best‑practice evangelization.
6. Maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing suites, comprehensive API documentation, and rigorous code quality checks.
**Required Skills:**
- Python: FastAPI, Flask, Django.
- API design (REST, OpenAPI), authentication, rate limiting.
- Front‑end React (basic proficiency) for UI integration.
- CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar container orchestration.
- Automated testing (unit, integration, API tests).
- Performance tuning, caching, database indexing.
- Secure coding, data privacy, GDPR compliance.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork in a distributed setting.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent technical experience).
- Certifications in secure coding, API management, or cloud architecture are a plus.
