**Job Title:**
Industrial Electrical Project Manager – Large Projects (H/F)
**Role Summary:**
Lead and manage large‑scale industrial electrical projects across France, ensuring technical excellence, client satisfaction, and financial performance. Act as the project’s technical guarantor, safety lead, and primary client liaison, coordinating cross‑functional teams and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 5 years experience managing industrial projects in low (BT) and medium (HT) voltage electrical work.
- Proven ability to control project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Strong client‑facing skills with a track record of maintaining and growing customer relationships.
- Demonstrated competence in safety audits, quality control, and risk management.
- Comfortable with frequent national travel (minimum three nights per week) and holds a valid B driving licence.
- Fluency in French; additional English skills considered an asset.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of industrial electrical projects.
- Ensure technical compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct safety and quality audits; implement preventive measures and training for teams.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with subcontractors; manage subcontractor performance.
- Manage project budgets post‑handover, controlling cost overruns and approving additional work or detailed quotations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing progress updates, issue resolution, and performance reports.
- Collaborate closely with design, planning, production, and contract‑management teams to align project activities.
- Monitor project KPIs, report variances, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- Project management (scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety).
- Electrical engineering knowledge (BT/HT, plant installations).
- Budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiation.
- Leadership and team coordination.
- Strong analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication (written & oral); stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and electrical cost‑estimating software.
- English proficiency is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Technical diploma (Bac +2 or higher) in Electrotechnics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid drivers licence category B.
- No mandatory additional certifications required, but industry safety or project management credentials (e.g., PMP, EPFL Safety) are advantageous.
