**Job title**: Senior Business Analyst
**Role Summary**
Lead the design and standardisation of software delivery processes across the organization, creating comprehensive playbooks and ensuring requirements are translated into functional solutions within integrated systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce. Collaborate with services enablement, product, and technical teams to drive end‑to‑end process improvement, change management, and user adoption.
**Expectations**
- Deliver complete, high‑quality process frameworks, playbooks, and functional designs on schedule.
- Act as a solution‑focused thought leader, facilitating stakeholder decision‑making and resolving issues swiftly.
- Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, cross‑functional teams, and end‑users to align expectations and drive adoption.
- Maintain rigorous prioritisation and self‑management to meet tight deadlines.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and agree on Process Framework/Taxonomy for applicable products.
- Review current state, conduct requirements gathering, and map gaps to solutions.
- Create ‘to‑be’ design deliverables (user stories, functional design, process maps) in a standardised playbook.
- Facilitate stakeholder reviews, resolve concerns, and maintain clear documentation.
- Liaise with Product Lead on release planning, ensuring playbooks align with roadmap.
- Conduct show‑and‑tell sessions, gather feedback, and enhance end‑user familiarity.
- Support end‑user testing: review test plans, create scenarios and scripts.
- Contribute to training documentation and deliver end‑user training sessions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for build, integration, and deployment within NetSuite/Salesforce.
**Required Skills**
- Deep understanding of integrated business processes across functional areas.
- Experience in order‑to‑cash optimisation and large‑scale transformation programmes.
- Process design expertise: workshops, requirements gathering, mapping.
- Strong stakeholder management, including senior‑level communication and facilitation.
- Agility in project management, with ability to self‑manage, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication.
- Technical collaboration: working with development, testing, and operations teams.
- Change‑management understanding and ability to produce effective training materials.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI‑PBA (Professional in Business Analysis), or relevant Agile certifications (CSM, PMI‑ACP).
