**Job Title:** Privacy Compliance Engineer **Role Summary** Privacy Compliance Engineer bridges Legal/Compliance and Security teams to implement Privacy by Design principles, ensuring systems align with global privacy laws and technical requirements. **Expectations** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate privacy controls into product development, respond to incidents, and drive continuous compliance improvements. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and maintain Privacy by Design and by Default programs. - Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) to identify and mitigate risks. - Translate privacy principles into technical controls for engineering teams. - Design and implement privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs) and data anonymization protocols. - Analyze privacy incidents and recommend remedial actions. - Create KPIs to measure privacy program effectiveness. - Maintain documentation on data lifecycle management and compliance procedures. - Train engineering teams on privacy-centric design and regulatory requirements. - Monitor global privacy regulations and update policies accordingly. **Required Skills** - Strong understanding of global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). - Experience in privacy impact assessments and Privacy Engineering methodologies. - Proficiency in PETs, data anonymization, encryption, and pseudonymization. - Data literacy and ability to manage/analyze large datasets. - Advanced knowledge of software/application design and AI/ML privacy challenges. - Strong communication skills to translate technical privacy concepts for non-technical stakeholders. - Cross-functional collaboration and leadership in multi-disciplinary teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems. - Preferred: CIPT certification. - 5+ years in privacy/data protection roles or equivalent advanced degree in Privacy Engineering. - Demonstrated expertise in software development, AI systems, or related technical fields.

**Job title**: Senior Business Analyst **Role Summary** Lead the design and standardisation of software delivery processes across the organization, creating comprehensive playbooks and ensuring requirements are translated into functional solutions within integrated systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce.
