**Job Title**
Experienced Implementation Project Manager (Chef de Projet MOE)
**Role Summary**
Lead and manage end‑to‑end digital web projects for a digital agency, ensuring scope, quality, schedule, budget, and stakeholder alignment while steering cross‑functional teams through agile and traditional methodologies.
**Expactations**
* Deliver complex web transformation projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
* Maintain continuous stakeholder engagement and transparent communication.
* Proactively identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and adjust project trajectories accordingly.
* Optimize process and tooling for efficient project tracking and reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Gather and frame client requirements, facilitate workshops, and produce detailed specifications.
* Define and implement project governance, methodologies, and KPI frameworks.
* Deliver operational and strategic project reports to senior stakeholders.
* Coordinate technical leads, developers, and other project resources.
* Manage project timelines, adjust schedules, and maintain control over expenses.
* Identify and assess project risks; recommend corrective actions.
* Lead project steering committees, present progress, and facilitate decision‑making.
**Required Skills**
* Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO or Implementation Project Management within a web agency or IT services firm.
* Proven track record of managing fixed‑price projects with autonomous budget oversight.
* Deep knowledge of project management frameworks: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, V‑Model, and waterfall.
* Proficiency with collaborative tooling: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and analogous platforms.
* Strong analytical, synthesis, and prioritisation abilities.
* Solid understanding of web technologies, UX, and marketing considerations.
* Ability to adapt communication style for technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Experience leading teams in a fast‑growing, transformation‑driven environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree (Bac + 3) or higher in engineering, computer science, web development, or related field.
* Certifications in project management or agile practices (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) are an advantage.
