**Job Title** Business Developer Junior – Tech **Role Summary** A junior business developer focused on technology consulting and engineering services. Responsible for building a prospecting pipeline from scratch, engaging IT decision‑makers, positioning and placing technical talent, and driving revenue growth in a high‑performance consulting environment. **Expectations** - 0–2 years of professional experience, preferably in IT services, consulting, or ESN. - Proven hunter mindset: cold‑calling, LinkedIn prospecting, resilience. - Ability to evolve into a Key Account Manager role within 12–18 months. - Full‑time commitment, immediate availability. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Commercial Prospecting & Closing** - Identify and engage IT leads (CTOs, IT managers, tech leads, procurement). - Map strategic accounts, generate qualified leads, and close placement deals. - Present technical solutions (Java, .NET, DevOps, cloud, infrastructure). 2. **Talent Positioning** - Source and co‑source technical candidates (freelance or permanent). - Pre‑qualify, pitch, and manage the placement cycle up to signature. - Track opportunities and update CRM accurately. 3. **Growth & Collaboration** - Work closely with sales managers and leadership for strategy alignment. - Receive rapid coaching, take ownership, and drive results. **Required Skills** - Strong hunter spirit with experience in cold‑calling and LinkedIn outreach. - Structured, energetic, coachable, and self‑motivated. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Basic understanding of technical stacks (Java, .NET, DevOps, cloud, infra). **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum 5 years of university education (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent. - Certifications in sales, consulting, or relevant technical fields are a plus.
