Job Description
Job title: Commercial Activation Executive **Role Summary:** Support the F1 Academy Commercial Activation Lead and partnership team in delivering partner activations, event operations, and brand engagement across race weekends and off‑track events. Act as primary liaison between internal teams, drivers, and commercial partners, ensuring seamless activation execution and stakeholder satisfaction. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end partner activations aligned with brand objectives. - Manage operational aspects of race‑weekend schedules, including guest lists, ticketing, gifting, accreditation, and event logistics. - Coordinate driver appearances and maintain communication across all parties. - Oversee show‑car procurement, invoicing, and scheduling. - Maintain uniform stock and distribution. - Develop activation proposals and support “Discover Your Drive” initiatives. - Produce activation case studies for future reference. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute partner activations (Paddock Club, F1A Paddock, off‑track events). - Manage race‑weekend operational calendar: guest lists, ticketing, gifting, accreditation, liaison with staff. - Coordinate driver appearance requests; serve as main liaison among F1 Academy teams, drivers, and commercial partners. - Handle show‑car management: quote preparation, invoicing, stakeholder coordination, booking calendar upkeep. - Stock‑manage uniforms; ensure timely distribution. - Assist Commercial Activation Lead with discovery initiatives and promoter relationships. - Create, refine, and present activation proposals to internal and external stakeholders. - Document and analyze activations; produce case studies. - Collaborate with brands, agencies, and internal cross‑functional teams. **Required Skills:** - 1‑3 years experience in commercial activation, brand partnership, or event support within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. - Proven track record working with large brands and events (preferably in sports). - Strong event logistics, scheduling, and coordination capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at stakeholder management. - Ability to juggle multiple projects across time zones. - Proactive, detail‑oriented, and collaborative mindset. - Willingness to travel as needed. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field. ---
