Job Title

AI Product Lead (Microsoft Co-Pilot)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced full stack Product Manager to lead the development of all of our clients AI capabilities. Starting with the creation and implementation of a Copilot Studio chatbot for our clients website. A proof of concept has been developed and is in the Alpha stage of internal testing.
This role will be the lead, developing the roadmap through Alpha, Beta and into Live. This will include making the investment case to maintain the product sustainably and ensuring the ethics, privacy and security considerations are addressed.
This is a hands on role requiring a professional with prior experience in designing and implementing user-centric conversational interfaces and integrating them seamlessly into existing web/content platforms.
Experience with Co-Pilot Studio is an essential requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Delivery:Pro-active focus on delivery, removing blockers and building performing teams.
Capability Ownership: Lead the councils approach to AI capability, working with departments to identify all user needs and developing appropriate product roadmaps and investment cases to deliver them.
Organisational Coaching: Mentoring and coaching the organisation (and key permanent staff members) to understand AI, the critical enablers and benefits and the Product Management approach.
Chatbot Design and Development: Lead the end-to-end development of the Copilot Studio chatbot, ensuring it meets user needs and aligns with council objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with residents, businesses and council departments to understand user need, gather requirements and ensure the chatbot addresses diverse stakeholder needs.
System Integration: Ensure the chatbot integrates smoothly with current council systems and platforms. Experience of Copilot Studio integration with Drupal is desirable.
Performance Monitoring: Develop metrics to assess chatbot effectiveness and implement improvements based on user feedback and data analysis.
Team Leadership: Guide a multidisciplinary team throughout the development process, ensuring timely and successful delivery through alpha, beta and into live.
Qualifications and Experience:
Professional Experience: Proven track record in developing and deploying enterprise AI capability - ideally with AI enabled chatbots using Copilot Studio and AI enabled transcription for case management.
User-Centric Approach:Advocate for the end-user by ensuring the product meets user needs and accessibility standards.
Communication Skills:Articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with a focus on clarity and stakeholder engagement.
Quality Assurance:Implement rigorous testing protocols to maintain high product quality and performance standards.
