**Job Title:** Reporting Analyst **Role Summary:** Responsible for producing high‑quality client reports within the Business Intelligence team, leveraging advanced Excel expertise to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to contractual requirements. **Expectations:** - Demonstrate strong mental agility, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail. - Uphold data‑quality standards and contribute to positioning the team as an industry benchmark. - Deliver reports on schedule and meet defined quality criteria. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create, maintain, and deliver client reports using advanced Excel functions and formulas. - Ensure all reports satisfy contractual specifications and are submitted on time. - Monitor data integrity and advocate for continuous improvement of reporting processes. - Collaborate with Business Analysts, Insight & Technical Analysts, and other team members to align reporting outputs with business objectives. **Required Skills:** - Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, VBA/macros preferred). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. - Effective communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Office Specialist – Excel, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis) are advantageous but not mandatory.
