Job Title: Business Development Representative Role Summary: Drive prospecting and lead qualification for EU accounts, achieving daily outreach targets, and hand‑off qualified prospects to Account Executives. Expactations: - Complete 200 blended prospecting activities per day (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages). - Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales qualified lead targets. - Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain an accurate pipeline. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting and qualification activities. - Qualify prospects against defined criteria and orchestrate hand‑off calls with sales team. - Build and nurture relationships with prospects to create a superior experience. - Maintain a robust pipeline aligned with software quotas for account executives. - Capture and share market intelligence with management.
