Job Description

Job title: Director – Data Center Engineering Office (Associate) Role Summary: Lead, grow, and commercialize the data‑center engineering unit, guiding project managers, engineers and technicians, fostering technical excellence, and steering the team toward profitable expansion while securing equity participation. Expectations: - Transition to associate and equity holder within the organization. - Build and scale the data‑center practice to become the primary revenue engine. - Deliver on financial targets, investment strategy, and company growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Mentor and develop project leads, engineers, and technicians, enhancing skill sets and team effectiveness. - Coordinate with clients, design offices, installers, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. - Maintain technical excellence across all execution phases of data‑center projects. - Manage and expand a business‑development team of project managers. - Lead client relationship management, propose technical solutions, and safeguard project integrity. - Structure and grow the data‑center service offering within a rapidly expanding market, acting as the guarantor of revenue, profitability, and strategic investments. Required Skills: - Strong electrotechnical expertise applied to industrial data‑center projects. - Proven project management experience in an engineering‑oriented environment. - Leadership and people‑management capabilities with a track record of team development. - Commercial acumen and the ability to secure and close business deals. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to drive growth and innovation. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or higher (Bac+5) from an engineering school, specializing in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering‑office or data‑center project management. *All qualifications must be demonstrated within the context of data‑center projects.*
