**Job Title**: Customer Marketing Lead (UK) **Role Summary** Lead the development and execution of customer advisory board programs for Accounting Bookkeeping (AB) and Small Business (SB) segments. Drive global strategy, local execution, community engagement, and stakeholder collaboration to transform advisory boards into strategic assets that influence product and go‑to‑market decisions. **Expectations** - Design and implement scalable AB board strategy across UK, US, and ANZ regions. - Deliver measurable business impact through board insights, testimonials, and content advocacy. - Maintain high engagement and retention of board members via workshops, Slack, and events. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and leadership teams to embed board feedback into strategy. - Continuously improve processes, metrics, and communication for optimal board performance. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Global AB Advisory Board Strategy** - Partner with Director of Customer Marketing to build a unified, adaptable strategy. - Create selection frameworks, engagement processes, and best‑practice playbooks. - Define metrics, reporting, and success indicators. 2. **Regional Advisory Board Execution** - Select, onboard, and manage UK AB and SB board members (including enterprise where relevant). - Plan and facilitate impactful workshops and side‑events. - Build relationships to maximize member value and advocacy. - Translate insights into actionable product and GTM recommendations. 3. **Community Management & Communication** - Oversee active Slack channels and other digital touchpoints. - Develop and deliver content that sustains member interest and participation. - Monitor engagement, address declines, and promote peer interaction. 4. **Cross‑functional Collaboration** - Engage stakeholders (product, engineering, sales, senior leadership) to share insights and align goals. - Produce stakeholder‑centric reports and knowledge dissemination. 5. **Process Excellence & Innovation** - Track and optimize key metrics, resolve operational bottlenecks, and implement preventive measures. - Experiment with new approaches to remove barriers and enhance board value. **Required Skills** - Strategic thinking with global perspective. - Strong program and project management. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management. - Experience building/advising customer boards or advisory groups. - Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and metric definition. - Comfortable with digital collaboration tools (Slack, HubSpot, etc.). - Creative problem‑solving and process‑improvement mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - Experience/knowledge in B2B SaaS or financial software preferred. - Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Marketing Professional) a plus.
