Job title: Chief Digital, E-commerce & Operations Officer – (H/F/X)
Role Summary
Lead and orchestrate the digital strategy, ecommerce performance and operational excellence of the online beauty platform. Drive revenue growth through acquisition, conversion and loyalty, deliver seamless end‑to‑end customer experience, optimize media & data performance, and oversee all ecommerce operations including logistics, returns and supply chain. Champion technology adoption, continuous innovation and omnichannel coherence to support rapid scale.
Expactations
- 8+ years of senior experience in high‑growth ecommerce, digital marketing and operations.
- Proven track record of scaling online revenue and optimizing performance metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV, SEO/SEA, KPI dashboards).
- Strategic mindset with deep understanding of the full digital value chain from media to delivery.
- Data‑driven decision maker with strong analytical skills and comfort turning insights into action.
- Inspirational leader capable of aligning multidisciplinary teams, structuring effective processes and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and influence skills in a fast‑moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the digital vision aligned with business strategy.
- Lead initiatives for acquisition, conversion and customer retention.
- Oversee media performance, ROI, SEO/SEA and growth analytics.
- Direct end‑to‑end ecommerce operations: customer service, fulfillment, returns, supply chain and logistics.
- Ensure omnichannel consistency and smooth customer journey.
- Identify technology levers, drive change management and foster continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to align priorities, budgets and timelines.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.

Required Education & Certifications

Professional certifications strongly preferred: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business, Adobe Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
