**Job Title:** Senior Frontend Developer **Role Summary:** Lead frontend development of a mature fintech platform using React and TypeScript, focusing on design, performance, and scalable application architecture. **Expectations:** Minimum 3+ years of industry experience in frontend development; expertise in translating design concepts into production-ready interfaces; proficiency in mentoring and collaborative problem-solving. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop responsive, performant user interfaces using React and TypeScript. - Collaborate with designers to translate visual/interaction concepts into functional applications. - Architect and maintain clean, scalable frontend code with a focus on maintainability and efficiency. - Mentor mid-level engineers and review code to ensure quality and alignment with best practices. - Contribute to design systems and advocate for UX improvements in application workflows. **Required Skills:** - Advanced proficiency in React and TypeScript. - Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. - Experience with modern frontend tools and workflows (e.g., component-driven development). - Ability to evaluate and critique user interface design for alignment with user needs. - Effective communication and teamwork in agile, collaborative environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical training. - No specific certifications required.
