Job Title: Benefits and Wellbeing Manager Role Summary: Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of global benefits and wellbeing programs for a multi‑country organization. Drive strategy, governance, and operational execution to align benefits with business objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost efficiency. Expactations: Deliver measurable impact on employee engagement, cost control, and regulatory compliance; manage cross‑functional teams; provide expert guidance on benefits design and communication; lead project initiatives and vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a global benefits strategy that supports corporate goals and employee needs. - Oversee Pension Governance Committees (UK & US) to ensure scheme updates, member education, and engagement. - Ensure tax positions of benefits are reviewed and optimized for efficiency. - Manage benefits programs across multiple countries (health, retirement, insurance, wellness). - Partner with regional People & Sustainability teams and management committees for consistent delivery. - Coordinate benefits administration with operations, payroll, and finance to ensure seamless execution. - Negotiate with providers and brokers, monitor vendor performance, and manage renewals for cost and service quality. - Analyze benefits data, identify trends, and report program effectiveness and financial impact to leadership. - Develop and execute communication strategies for benefit changes and enrollment periods. - Act as subject matter expert for employee queries and escalations. - Lead benefits‑related projects such as harmonization, M&A integration, or policy updates. - Lead, coach, and develop a direct report (Benefits Advisor).
