**Job Title** Website Manager **Role Summary** Lead the ongoing optimisation of a large enterprise website, turning marketing, content, and user‑experience priorities into actionable web enhancements. Manage the optimisation backlog, coordinate with product and IT teams, and use data-driven insights to improve engagement, usability, and site performance. **Expectations** - 12‑month fixed‑term contract (possible extension to permanent). - 3–5 years of proven experience in website optimisation or digital operations. - Strong background with enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Acquia, Drupal). - Skilled in translating stakeholder requirements into clear technical specifications for web enhancements. **Key Responsibilities** - Maintain and prioritise the website optimisation backlog aligned to the channel roadmap. - Translate marketing, content, and customer‑experience needs into detailed requirements for website improvements. - Work with Product Management and IT to ensure requirements are implemented correctly. - Coordinate website optimisation initiatives, new component roll‑outs, and feature enhancements. - Conduct business‑acceptance testing (BAT) and support quality assurance to ensure functionality, accessibility, and consistency. - Analyse website performance data (traffic, conversions, engagement) to identify optimisation opportunities. - Build and refine web pages within the CMS, applying SEO best practices, structured content and on‑site optimisation techniques. - Maintain documentation for consistent and repeatable updates across the enterprise site. - Act as a central point of coordination for cross‑functional website enhancement projects. **Required Skills** - Solid understanding of website analytics and digital measurement. - Hands‑on experience managing and building pages on enterprise CMS platforms (Acquia, Drupal). - Knowledge of SEO, content structuring, and on‑site optimisation techniques. - Familiarity with UX and accessibility standards (WCAG). - Strong requirements definition and stakeholder‑management skills. - Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and standards compliance. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, CMS‑specific certifications) are a plus.
