Job Description

**Job Title:** Technical Support Engineer **Role Summary:** Provide proactive technical support to internal and external stakeholders, owning and resolving PC‑centric issues, documenting logs, and collaborating with sales to deliver tailored solutions and demonstrate demo systems. **Expectations:** • Deliver high‑quality, timely assistance and escalation of technical problems. • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date incident records. • Communicate clearly in English; additional European languages welcome. • Work independently or in a small team, balancing multiple priorities. • Support sales activities and customisation projects from inception to hand‑over. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Provide first‑line technical support to customers and sales teams. 2. Own, investigate, and resolve technical issues; escalate when necessary. 3. Log all incidents in the central database accurately. 4. Advise sales on solutions, prepare proposals and presentations. 5. Lead customisation projects, ensuring smooth delivery and hand‑over. 6. Manage demo hardware/software; coordinate fulfillment for onsite customer events. **Required Skills:** - 1+ years in IT support, computer diagnostics, and repair. - PC building, Windows operating systems, endpoint networking, and security fundamentals. - Strong written and verbal communication in English (additional European languages a plus). - Self‑motivated, independent work ethic with team collaboration abilities. - Excellent customer‑management and multitasking capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum secondary education or equivalent. - IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional preferred.
