Job title: ServiceNow Consultant
Role Summary: Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT Operations Management (ITOM) and observability solutions, driving automation and data accuracy across hybrid environments.
Expactations: Demonstrate strong communication, problem‑solving, and proactive initiative; collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality ITOM services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and deploy enterprise‑grade ITOM solutions integrating Dynatrace, SolarWinds, AlertSite, and ServiceNow CMDB, Event Management, and CSDM modules.
- Lead CMDB governance, ensuring accurate service mapping, Configuration Item (CI) discovery, and relationship management per CSDM best practices.
- Analyze processes to identify automation opportunities, develop and deploy scripts, workflows, and integration workflows.
- Partner with customers to improve event management, CMDB accuracy, and CI mapping, enhancing overall operational visibility.
- Maintain and optimize observability tool integrations, ensuring real‑time monitoring and alerting across hybrid infrastructures.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years in ITOM architecture with deep expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CSDM.
- Hands‑on experience with Dynatrace, SolarWinds, AlertSite, and other observability platforms.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, and change management processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator, or equivalent).
- Observability tool certifications (Dynatrace, SolarWinds, or similar) preferred.
