Job Description
**Job Title** CRM Project Manager (Chef(fe) de projet CRM) **Role Summary** Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of CRM initiatives across the business units. Drive daily operational activities, manage weekly campaigns, and oversee the implementation of a Customer Data Platform (CDP). Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders and marketing units to improve data quality, segmentation and analytical reporting. **Expectations** - Own end‑to‑end management of CRM projects. - Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, data workflows and reporting. - Provide strategic insights on data optimisation and customer journey improvement. - Maintain strong cross‑functional communication and drive continuous performance enhancements. **Key Responsibilities** - Operate daily CRM functions: set up and monitor weekly campaigns, target segmentation, revenue tracking, and reporting. - Support business units (e.g., Madame Figaro, Gala) in community and database activation. - Lead the CDP implementation project: gather requirements, collaborate with technical teams, validate data matching, create and maintain workflows, track performance, and iterate for improvement. - Enhance data quality and journey optimisation: map databases, ensure database health, and improve opt‑in conversion processes. - Strengthen data qualification using DMP tools. - Produce analytics and dashboards using Google Analytics, Tableau, Data Studio, Salesforce, and other reporting platforms. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in digital marketing and CRM project management (minimum 1 year). - Strong grasp of CRM tools (Selligent), email routing, and segmentation logic. - Familiarity with CDP implementation and data matching processes. - Analytical skills: proficiency in Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce Reports, and data studio dashboards. - Advanced Excel capabilities and general Office suite knowledge. - Excellent written communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field. - Certifications in CRM platforms (e.g., Selligent, Salesforce) or data analytics are a plus but not mandatory.
