Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Full Stack Developer **Role Summary:** Experienced full‑stack engineer specializing in Python, JavaScript, and AWS cloud services to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML‑enabled digital solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality data. Works in an agile, cross‑functional team, translating business needs into scalable, secure applications while driving continuous integration, deployment, and automation. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality code and functional features aligned with strategic objectives. - Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment and adapt to shifting priorities. - Mentor team members and influence cross‑functional stakeholders without direct authority. - Maintain regulatory‑compliant documentation and secure coding practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Convert business and functional requirements into technical specifications/user stories. - Design, develop, unit‑test, and deploy full‑stack applications using modern practices. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure system stability. - Produce and update comprehensive technical documentation for maintenance and compliance. - Collaborate with Data and AI scientists to prototype MVPs and iterate based on stakeholder feedback. - Leverage open‑source AI/ML algorithms and contribute to test‑automation frameworks and scalability roadmaps. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide engineering teams toward resolution. **Required Skills:** - 8+ years (or 6+ with Master’s) of full‑stack development experience. - Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and AWS services (EKS, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, CloudFront, S3, DynamoDB, ElasticCache). - Strong command of agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Databricks, Spark). - Experience with data handling (structured/unstructured), data validation, and cleaning. - Knowledge of batch ETL pipelines, SQL, and data modeling (Spark, Hadoop) – preferred. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 custom solution development – a plus. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to mentor and share emerging technology knowledge. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (required); Master’s degree preferred. - Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Developer) – desirable. - Certifications in AI/ML or data engineering (e.g., TensorFlow Developer, Spark) – advantageous.
