Job Description

**Job Title:** Research and Development Engineer **Role Summary:** Advance process optimization and inspection technologies by developing and refining tool recipes, troubleshooting on‑site support, and producing analytical reports. Drive continuous improvement in a high‑tech cleanroom environment. **Expectations:** - Deliver optimized inspection and analysis tool recipes. - Provide expert on‑site technical support to material and resist partners. - Analyze data, prepare detailed reports, and contribute to R&D initiatives. - Adapt to evolving priorities, work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, and communicate findings in English. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and optimize recipes for optical inspection, SEM review, and e‑beam inspection systems. - Support material and resist partners with troubleshooting and technical expertise. - Conduct data analysis, generate comprehensive reports, and present results to R&D teams. - Collaborate with engineers, partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders in a dynamic, high‑tech setting. - Participate in training for key inspection tools and apply knowledge in on‑site support. **Required Skills:** - Technical problem‑solving and analytical abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication in English. - Ability to work in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. - Flexibility and adaptability to changing tasks and priorities. - Experience or interest in metrology or inspection within a cleanroom setting. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree in applied sciences, materials engineering, electronics, or a related field.
