We are proud to work with the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport, BDUK, local authorities and communities to build high availability infrastructure that residents, businesses and other ISPs can access to help overcome the UK’s digital divide.

We have an extensive wireless network and a rapidly expanding fibre network, and we currently cover The Midlands, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Devon and Somerset, North and South Wales.

Job Description
**Job Title** Project Manager – Network & Wireless Infrastructure **Role Summary** Lead planning, execution and delivery of complex network and wireless infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and vendors. **Expectations** - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. - Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders and senior management. - Manage risks, issues, and changes effectively to safeguard project outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Coordinate with sales, engineering, operations, and business units for seamless execution. - Identify project risks, create mitigation plans, and monitor their effectiveness. - Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance oversight. - Produce and keep up‑to‑date project documentation (plans, status reports, lessons learned). - Monitor expenses, track budget variances, and report financial performance. - Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and organizational policies. **Required Skills** - Proven project management expertise (PMP/Prince2). - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities. - Excellent planning, organization, and resource‑management skills. - Effective communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities. - Collaboration and influence across functional teams. - Learning agility, initiative, thoroughness, and efficiency orientation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - PMP or Prince2 certification. - Minimum 5 years experience managing network and infrastructure projects.
