Job Title: Backend Software Engineer Role Summary: Design, build, and maintain high‑performance, data‑intensive backend services on cloud platforms. Collaborate across teams to deliver reliable, scalable microservices that protect cloud infrastructure. Expactations: - Deliver end‑to‑end ownership of short‑life projects from concept to production. - Ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability through continuous testing and monitoring. - Participate actively in architecture reviews and capacity planning. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and deploy Golang/Java microservices using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud‑native tooling. - Integrate and manage data stores (Neo4j, ElasticSearch, TimescaleDB, Redis) and messaging systems (RabbitMQ). - Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and define SLOs. - Perform code and design reviews; enforce coding standards. - Collaborate with Frontend, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver feature requirements. - Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
