**Job Title:** CloudOps Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Operate and enhance cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure, focusing on reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency. Build monitoring, alerting, and automation solutions while supporting development teams with IAM, logging, and tracing integrations.
**Expectations:**

- Ability to learn and apply emerging cloud technologies rapidly.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and maintain dashboards and SLO‑based alerts for incident response.
- Review and improve logging, metrics, tracing, and authentication implementations.
- Benchmark and optimize cloud disk performance; assess filesystem trade‑offs.
- Audit and tighten security groups, network configurations, and IAM policies.
- Write and maintain public‑facing IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) for multi‑cloud environments.
- Collaborate with product teams to fulfill IAM requirements and support codebase enhancements.
- Analyze infrastructure spend and recommend cost‑saving measures.
- Contribute occasional feature development in the main codebase (Golang/Java).
**Required Skills:**
- Production‑grade Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation, CDK, ARM‑BICEP).
- Programming: Golang or Java (preferred); scripting with Python, Bash, or Csh.
- Multi‑cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, Azure) including cross‑account IAM and identity federation.
- Monitoring/alerting tools, dashboard creation, and SLO management.
- Knowledge of cloud storage, snapshotting, encryption, and filesystems.
- Experience with serverless function deployment across providers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
