**Job Title** Client Operations Representative **Role Summary** Provide frontline support for merchants, ensuring smooth onboarding, payment‑acceptance setup, and ongoing account management. Act as the liaison between merchants and internal teams, driving account performance and customer satisfaction. **Expectations** * Become a payments subject‑matter expert. * Manage leads, onboarding, and account performance metrics to accelerate growth. * Maintain accurate client data and collaborate cross‑functionally. **Key Responsibilities** * Evaluate inbound leads and assign them to appropriate internal teams. * Oversee merchant onboarding and payment‑acceptance configuration. * Promote existing and new services to prospective and current merchants. * Monitor activated merchant accounts, ensuring seamless operation. * Serve as primary contact for internal departments to align processes and systems. * Update and maintain client information in the company database. * Analyze account performance data and identify growth opportunities. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver consistent service quality. **Required Skills** * Analytical ability to monitor and drive account performance. * Strong interest in technology and payments ecosystems. * Customer‑centric problem solving – identify technical and commercial needs to craft solutions. * Excellent presentation skills (phone/video). * Collaborative mindset, capable of working with diverse stakeholders. * Fluency in French and Dutch (or one language with strong command of the other). **Required Education & Certifications** * Minimum of a relevant bachelor’s degree (business, finance, technology) or equivalent work experience. * No mandatory certifications specified.
