**Job Title**: Senior IT Support Engineer
**Role Summary**
Provide advanced, proactive support and serve as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues across a hybrid environment. Own Microsoft 365, Intune, device lifecycle, network, and security operations while mentoring junior staff and driving continuous service improvements.
**Expectations**

- Exhibit proactive problem‑solving and process optimization.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 50001, ISO 22301, and related security governance.
- Mentor and develop junior technicians.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on projects and operational initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead end‑to‑end escalation of complex incidents, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, Copilot) and perform full user/device lifecycle management.
- Manage device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and troubleshooting via Intune; support macOS with Jamf or Iru.
- Perform network administration: switching, Wi‑Fi, VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, Meraki configuration and monitoring.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting on Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Android, and Windows Server services.
- Create, update, and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit trails.
- Apply security best practices, patch management, least‑privilege access, and ensure adherence to ISO and organisational controls.
- Partner with development, infrastructure, and service teams on rollouts, upgrades, and process improvements.
**Required Skills**
- Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, Copilot).
- Device Management (MDM/MAM) in Intune, Jamf or Iru for macOS.
- Networking fundamentals: switching, Wi‑Fi, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, Meraki.
- Cross‑platform troubleshooting (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
- Windows Server support in a day‑to‑day context.
- Ticketing systems with rigorous documentation and knowledge base contributions.
- Security governance, patch management, and compliance with ISO 27001/50001/22301.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator.
- Network+ or CCNA (preferred).
- Jamf Certified Associate or equivalent macOS device management credential (preferred).
