Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Digital Marketing Executive **Role Summary:** Drive planning, execution, and optimization of multi‑channel digital campaigns (paid social, search, retail media, influencer and BVOD) for a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) brand. Work with agency partners and internal e‑commerce, sales, and marketing teams to deliver measurable results, monitor full‑funnel performance, and refine content for conversion. **Expectations:** - Proactively manage campaigns to meet or exceed performance KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CVR). - Maintain budget discipline and align spend with overall marketing objectives. - Provide data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations. - Collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams and external agencies. - Uphold high analytical standards and attention to detail. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital media on Google, Amazon, Meta, BVOD, and retail platforms. - Support paid search and influencer initiatives, tracking performance against set KPIs. - Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and surface insights for continuous improvement. - Assist in budget tracking, forecasting, and ensuring spend efficiency. - Coordinate with e‑commerce, sales, and broader marketing teams to ensure campaign cohesion. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience managing paid digital media and campaign optimization. - Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CVR, etc.). - Proficiency with GA4, Meta Business Manager, and major e‑commerce platforms. - Advanced analytical abilities with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Preferred certifications: Google Ads Search/Display, Meta Blueprint, Amazon Advertising, or similar.
