Job Title: Industrialisation Project Manager Role Summary: Drive end‑to‑end industrialisation projects for high‑end kitchen façade and custom fit‑out solutions, ensuring technical feasibility, cost control, and continuous improvement from early design to launch. Expactations: Deliver projects on time, within budget and quality standards; implement lean practices; maintain product consistency in ERP; coordinate cross‑functional teams; provide economic performance reports; iterate process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with sales and production during early design to capture client requirements. - Develop technical and financial proposals; formulate detailed engineering plans. - Pilot pilot builds with internal teams and external suppliers; monitor progress and resolve issues. - Track project milestones, validate outputs, close projects with economic assessment. - Identify and implement process and product improvements to enhance safety, quality, and flow. - Champion lean initiatives in partnership with the Production Manager. - Enroll new products and associated data into ERP system.
