Job Title: Industrialisation Project Manager Role Summary: Drive end‑to‑end industrialisation projects for high‑end kitchen façade and custom fit‑out solutions, ensuring technical feasibility, cost control, and continuous improvement from early design to launch. Expactations: Deliver projects on time, within budget and quality standards; implement lean practices; maintain product consistency in ERP; coordinate cross‑functional teams; provide economic performance reports; iterate process improvements.
