Job Description
**Job Title:** Customer Marketing Specialist **Role Summary:** Lead customer engagement initiatives to enhance retention, adoption, and advocacy for a B2B SaaS cybersecurity platform. Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver targeted communications, content, and community programs that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. **Expectations:** - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across the lifecycle. - Increase renewal rates, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities through data‑driven campaigns. - Develop and publish customer‑centric content and advocacy materials. - Coordinate community and event programs to deepen engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Optimize renewal funnel with Customer Success and Account Management teams to reduce churn. - Design and execute targeted cross‑sell and upsell campaigns highlighting product value. - Run adoption and engagement initiatives, monitoring usage metrics to inform strategy. - Manage lifecycle communications: onboarding, product updates, renewal notices, newsletters, and announcements. - Identify and engage advocates for case studies, testimonials, and reference programs. - Build and maintain customer email journeys and automated campaigns. - Support webinars, advisory board meetings, community events, and feedback loops. - Coordinate external partner activities (e.g., G2, Gartner Peer Insights, gifting/incentive platforms). - Produce educational resources, guides, tutorials, and content for new and existing users. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies. - Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot). - Experience creating customer content: case studies, newsletters, and advocacy assets. - Strong analytical skills: track customer metrics and deliver insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. - Interest in cybersecurity or technical products is desirable. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred). - HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation certification (desired).
