**Job Title**
System Engineer – Storage & Virtualization (F/H)
**Role Summary**
Lead installation, configuration, and administration of virtualized environments (Hyper‑V, SCVMM, Windows Admin Center, Failover Cluster) and associated storage infrastructure. Provide both project‑based delivery (≈60%) and N2/N3 operational support (≈40%), including on‑call duties and client site visits.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 4 years in a similar role.
- English proficiency B2–C1 (conversational).
- Autonomous, initiative‑driven, capable of managing technical and organizational tasks.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and participate in scheduled on‑call rotations.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Design, install, and manage Hyper‑V environments, including Hyper‑V S2D (HCI) and Hyper‑V SAN (FCoE, SAS).
2. Administer SCVMM, Windows Admin Center, and Failover Cluster Manager.
3. Maintain and supervise virtualized infrastructure; apply patches, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues.
4. Design and evolve Hyper‑V architectures in line with business requirements.
5. Deploy and manage storage arrays (e.g., Huawei Dorado), configure SAN switches and zoning.
6. Configure and manage HPE OneView, Synergy, and Gen10 chassis.
7. Administer Windows Server systems – AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO.
8. Implement high‑availability and disaster‑recovery solutions (Failover Clustering, automation scripts).
9. Participate in projects, deliver solutions, and provide N2/N3 run support.
10. Adhere to planned on‑call schedule and respond to client requests as required.

- SAN storage technologies, Huawei Dorado arrays, zoning.
- HPE OneView, Synergy, Gen10 systems.
- Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO).
- Scripting and automation (PowerShell preferred).
- Monitoring and performance tuning tools.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
- English proficiency B2‑C1.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or Hyper‑V (preferred).
- HPE OneView certification or equivalent (preferred).
