Senior QA Engineer | Up to £70,000 + Bonus | Hybrid - London (2 Days / per Week)

By combining advanced technology with data-driven insights, they are transforming the property market.
They are on the lookout for a new Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join a dynamic team that builds enterprise-grade solutions for customers in the financial and property sectors.
About the Role:
As the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer you’ll work closely with developers, analysts, and product managers in an agile environment to ensure that quality is embedded into every stage of the development process.
This role offers the chance to work on impactful projects, using modern tools and practices, while also mentoring others to build a strong culture of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute testing strategies to deliver reliable, scalable software solutions.
Design and implement automated test suites and conduct manual testing as needed.
Participate in team discussions, contributing to user stories, acceptance criteria, and development planning.
Embed quality principles into all phases of the product lifecycle, adopting a proactive, shift-left approach.
Share knowledge of quality practices with colleagues, providing mentorship and guidance where needed.
Test APIs, validate performance and security requirements, and ensure robust regression checks are in place.
Key Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in C# / .Net, SQL (including writing queries), and API testing.
Experience building and maintaining automated testing frameworks from the ground up.
Strong skills in automation and manual testing, Eg: Selenium, Cypress or Playwright.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and strategies for integrating testing tools.
Understanding of software design principles (e.g., SOLID) and clean coding practices.

You’ll be part of a cutting-edge team based in Oxford, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure powering world-class research and development.
About the Role
As a Systems Engineer, you’ll contribute to building and maintaining the robust technical backbone that drives innovation. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, you’ll ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance infrastructure while exploring and recommending emerging technologies.
The Systems Engineer's responsibilities:
Design and deploy infrastructure across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Oracle Cloud.
Implement infrastructure-as-code practices using tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
Manage containerized applications with Kubernetes and Docker.

Strong software engineering skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment.
