Senior Operation Specialist
**Role Summary**
Oversee and streamline the full Order-to-Cash cycle for a leading IoT solutions provider. Manage demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and order processing within SAP. Coordinate cross‑functional teams—sales, finance, supply chain, customs, and customer service—to ensure on‑time delivery and accurate billing. Provide operational risk management, support regional sales service delivery, manage budgets, and deliver comprehensive reporting to headquarters and stakeholders.
**Expectations**
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in international logistics.
- Proficiency in SAP (Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing).
- Fluency in English, French, and Chinese (speaking, reading, writing).
- Strong analytical, relational, and adaptive capabilities.
- Excellent organization, customer orientation, availability, and responsiveness.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Order-to-Cash Management** – Handle end‑to‑end order processing, ensuring accuracy and speed in SAP.
2. **Demand & Inventory Forecasting** – Analyze sales, inventory, purchase, and logistics data to build precise demand forecasts, adjusting for seasonality, promotions, and market trends.
3. **Cross‑Functional Coordination** – Align sales, finance, logistics, customs and customer service functions to guarantee on‑time delivery and correct invoicing.
4. **Stakeholder Management** – Coordinate finance, supply chain, customs, and logistics teams to secure timely order fulfillment.
5. **Risk Management** – Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks impacting delivery and cash flow.
6. **Sales Support** – Assist regional sales in executing service contracts while safeguarding margin targets.
7. **Budget & Execution Oversight** – Manage operational budgets and cost controls for service delivery activities.
8. **Reporting** – Build and maintain internal/external dashboards and reports, including communications to HQ in China.
**Required Skills**
- SAP (S/4HANA or equivalent) proficiency, with strong data entry and audit capabilities.
