**Job Title:** Area Sales Executive **Role Summary:** Drive sales growth for MotorK’s SaaS solutions in the French South‑East automotive dealer market. Build and manage a robust pipeline, develop new client relationships, and close deals while collaborating closely with delivery and success teams. **Expectations:** - Achieve assigned revenue targets and expand market share in the designated region. - Maintain a high‑quality sales pipeline and convert BDR‑qualified leads into customers. - Represent MotorK professionally in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations. - Travel regularly across the North‑East, East, and South‑East zones (including overnight stays). **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and execute sales strategies for car dealers in the South‑East area. - Identify and engage decision‑makers within target accounts. - Build and nurture a solid sales network and pipeline. - Prospect new clients and turn opportunities into closed business. - Convert pre‑qualified leads from the outbound call‑center into contracts. - Develop proposals, deliver high‑profile presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals. - Leverage market and competitor insights to highlight MotorK’s unique value propositions. - Coordinate closely with delivery and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction. **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B SaaS or automotive sales experience in a fast‑paced environment. - Native French speaker with fluent English communication. - Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities. - Excellent presentation and client‑facing skills. - Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure. - Team‑player mindset with a confident, self‑assured demeanor. - Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - No specific certifications required; sales performance track record is essential.
