Our Products: Reveelium is the first European behavior analysis solution, capable of detecting weak signals and, ultimately, occurring anomalies within an information system. Job Description

**Job Title** Event Management Intern **Role Summary** Support the Marketing & Communications team in planning, executing, and promoting corporate events and webinars. Contribute to lead generation, brand visibility, and content creation across digital channels. **Expectations** * Full‑time internship (7–12 months). * Collaboration with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Tech, Executive). * Delivery of high‑quality event support within specified timelines and budget constraints. **Key Responsibilities** - **Event Planning & Execution** - Identify and schedule relevant cyber‑security events. - Maintain an annual event calendar, coordinate registrations, and handle venue logistics. - Coordinate with vendors for booths, signage, badges, and promotional materials. - Prepare event assets (kakémonos, displays, video presentations). - **Internal Coordination** - Liaise with technical, sales, and executive teams to schedule demos and speaking slots. - Ensure all stakeholders receive timely briefings and materials. - **Communication & Promotion** - Write and distribute teasers, announcements, and follow‑up content via social media, newsletters, and website. - Capture event content (photos, videos, live social posts). - **Webinar Management** - Create webinar agendas, coordinate speakers, and manage live moderation. - Upload replay recordings and distribute to target audiences. - **Reporting & Analysis** - Track event metrics (leads, attendance, engagement). - Compile post‑event reports and recommend improvements. - **Content Creation** - Produce articles, infographics, LinkedIn posts, and newsletters focused on cyber‑security topics. - Maintain and update the corporate website and social media profiles. - **Market Intelligence** - Conduct research on communication trends and cyber‑security event best practices. **Required Skills** * Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages an asset). * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic graphics tools (Canva, PowerPoint). * Comfortable using CRM/marketing platforms to track leads. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Required Education & Certifications** * Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. ---
