Our Products: Reveelium is the first European behavior analysis solution, capable of detecting weak signals and, ultimately, occurring anomalies within an information system. Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior DevOps Engineer (F/H) **Role Summary:** Responsible for ensuring the reliable production operation of a real‑time AI‑enhanced SIEM solution. Acts as the bridge between development, system administration, and customers, driving availability, performance, and continuous improvement of the platform. **Expectations:** - Minimum 5 years of hands‑on DevOps experience in a production environment. - Proven ability to manage incidents, automate processes, and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and clients. - Proactive mindset for evaluating and adopting new technologies that enhance deployment and performance. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Maintain and monitor infrastructure and applications, ensuring rapid incident response. 2. Track and improve availability and performance of services, systems, and infrastructure. 3. Conduct continuous system updates and security patches. 4. Propose and implement new tools/technologies to optimize deployment pipelines. 5. Provide product support to customers while meeting SLA commitments. 6. Define and enforce best‑practice release and production procedures. 7. Qualify technical evolution requests and contribute to solution upgrades. 8. Deploy product updates and install the Reveelium SIEM solution. 9. Create and maintain documentation for processes, automation, infrastructure, and services. **Required Skills:** - Strong expertise in Linux/Unix system administration. - Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). - Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.). - Monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Nagios, etc.). - Scripting/automation (Bash, Python, PowerShell). - Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation). - Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and networking fundamentals. - Incident management, root‑cause analysis, and performance tuning. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French optional). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Red Hat Certified Engineer).
