**Job title:** Business Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Lead the end‑to‑end business analysis for a senior client in banking, focusing on financial security, KYC, and AML transformation. Own requirement elicitation, documentation, validation, and traceability while collaborating with product owners, architects, SMEs, and developers to deliver compliant, high‑quality solutions.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 4 years of business analysis experience in banking, with deep knowledge of KYC/AML processes.
- Proficient in advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and analytical tools.
- Ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence cross‑functional teams.
- Fluent in Dutch and French, functional in English.
- Master’s degree (mandatory).
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements.
2. Maintain oversight of issue registers (DRQ, DQI, KYC remediation).
3. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and SMEs to align business and technology strategies.
4. Translate requirements into use cases, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios (functional, performance, UAT).
5. Model and design optimized business processes, ensuring impact analysis and coverage.
6. Support knowledge transfer through design reviews, prototype assessments, and delivery quality checks.
7. Drive business analysis strategy across project lifecycle, acting as liaison between business and technical teams.
