Job Title: Senior Research Executive – Healthcare & Market Research Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end market research projects across the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare sectors, designing studies, collecting and analysing data, and delivering actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. Expectations: Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards; collaborate with senior researchers and internal teams; keep current with industry trends; maintain data integrity and project tracking. Key Responsibilities: - Develop study designs, discussion guides, surveys, and research frameworks. - Execute quantitative surveys and qualitative studies (interviews, focus groups, advisory boards). - Analyse research findings, synthesize insights, and prepare client deliverables. - Produce PowerPoint presentations and written reports for stakeholders. - Track project milestones, budgets, and workflow efficiency. - Foster collaboration across cross‑functional teams. - Monitor healthcare and life‑sciences research developments. Required Skills: - 2‑4 years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life‑sciences market research. - Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑interpretation skills. - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Effective organization, time management, and teamwork. - Keen interest in current industry trends.
