Job Title: Head of People Partnering
Role Summary:
Senior executive responsible for leading the People Partnering function to deliver strategic and operational HR services across all departments. Acts as a trusted advisor to executive and departmental leaders, aligning people initiatives with business performance, talent strategies, and organizational goals.

- Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with senior stakeholders and serve as a thought partner on workforce planning, talent, and change initiatives.
- Foster an inclusive, data‑driven culture of continuous improvement within the partnering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the People Partnering team, ensuring service excellence and accountability.
- Embed strategic people business partnering across men’s, women’s, and academy units.
- Provide senior leadership with insights on workforce planning, performance, and talent strategy; manage people budgets and organizational design.
- Design and execute organizational structures, restructures, and transformational change, focusing on communication and risk mitigation.
- Translate business needs into people solutions, ensuring seamless execution and follow‑through.
- Utilize people analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; develop data‑driven objectives and interventions.
- Partner with Talent & Development to design leadership and capability programs; support succession planning and talent calibration.
- Oversee HR operations, policy implementation, and compliance; handle complex employee relations strategically.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to shape recruitment strategies, internal mobility, and succession pipelines.
Required Skills:
- Proven senior HR Business Partner or Head of People Partnering experience in a complex, multi‑functional environment.
- Strategic thinking, organizational dynamics, and performance management expertise.
- Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
- Change management and organizational design experience.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influence, and communication skills.
- Leadership and coaching of high‑performing HR teams.
- Knowledge of global best practices in HR, diversity & inclusion, and employee experience.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Master’s degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Leadership preferred.
- Professional HR certification (SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP, CIPD, HRCI, or equivalent) is required.
