Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Project Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) and Field Assembly Integration (FIA) packages for data centre and pharmaceutical facilities. Oversee multidisciplinary construction teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets while aligning with design intent and stakeholder expectations. **Expectations:** - Minimum 10 years of proven MEP project delivery on major commercial projects. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high‑value programmes in data centre or pharmaceutical environments. - Strong leadership, communication, and risk‑management capabilities. - Proficiency with FIDIC, NEC, or comparable contract frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Direct full lifecycle delivery of MEP & FIA scopes, from design coordination to commissioning. - Supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. - Control project schedule, budget, and resource allocation; report progress to senior stakeholders. - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; implement corrective actions promptly. - Coordinate interdisciplinary teams (civil, structural, architectural, commissioning) to achieve integrated outcomes. - Prepare and present regular status reports, change orders, and performance metrics. **Required Skills:** - Advanced knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, and testing. - Expertise in FIA processes and integration techniques. - Strong contract administration (FIDIC, NEC) and procurement experience. - Leadership and team‑building skills; ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders. - Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). - Analytical problem‑solving and decision‑making under pressure. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – preferred. - Additional certifications in health & safety, quality management, or specialized MEP disciplines are advantageous.

Job Description
**Job Title:** Project Planner **Role Summary:** Develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules for the Norfolk Boreas offshore wind development, ensuring alignment with critical paths, risk assessments, and stakeholder expectations across CFD Bid, FID, Design, Manufacturing, and Construction phases. **Expectations:** - Contract (Outside IR35) from 26 Mar 2026 to 01 Mar 2027 for the Norfolk Boreas project, with additional engagement for AYM and DBS. - Working primarily from the client office in London (partial onsite). - Deliver timely schedule reports, S‑curves, and risk analyses to senior management. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Lead project planning for Norfolk Boreas, overseeing schedule creation, baseline management, and continuous updates. 2. Coordinate allocation of planning work within the team post‑CFD and liaise with the UK&I Regional Lead. 3. Optimize schedules to support competitive CFD bids and maintain project efficiency. 4. Perform monthly contractor schedule reviews and ensure alignment with project packages. 5. Conduct what‑if and schedule risk analyses; produce S‑curves for cross‑package progress. 6. Provide regular reporting to Board, Project Director, and Senior Project Managers. 7. Engage external suppliers on all scheduling and planning matters. 8. Ensure compliance with client processes, procedures, and quality standards. **Required Skills:** - In‑depth knowledge of offshore wind development & construction processes. - Expertise in Primavera P6 (full‑feature usage, scheduling, and reporting). - Proven experience leading project planners on major civil or offshore construction projects through all lifecycle stages. - Strong schedule risk analysis capability. - Excellent communication and report‑making skills for board‑level audiences. - Ability to collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Primavera P6 certification (or equivalent) preferred.
