Job Description
Job Title: Junior Account Manager Role Summary: Manage a portfolio of SaaS customers, ensuring satisfaction, adoption, and renewal. Act as the primary contact, advocate for client needs, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver value and drive revenue growth. Expectations: • Fresh graduate or professional with 1–2 years in a customer‑facing role. • Proactive communicator, self‑motivated, and ethically driven. • Ability to thrive in fast‑moving, change‑oriented environments. • Demonstrate consultative sales mindset and data‑driven approach. Key Responsibilities: • Build and nurture relationships with day‑to‑day users of the platform. • Support renewal processes and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. • Serve as the client’s voice inside the organization, escalating and resolving issues promptly. • Compile health metrics and usage data for customer business reviews. • Partner with Technical Account Managers and other teams to ensure smooth product adoption and problem resolution. • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date customer records in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM). • Represent the brand with professionalism in all interactions. Required Skills: • 1–2 years of experience in a client‑facing role. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Strong relationship‑building and customer‑centric mindset. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments. • Basic data analysis skills; comfort with gathering and interpreting metrics. • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. • High level of organization, reliability, and process improvement orientation. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (preferred). • No specific certifications required.
