Job Description

**Job title** Data Analyst Assistant (M/W) **Role Summary** Support the Data Analytics team in the Data division by monitoring marketing performance dashboards and performing end‑to‑end data modelling and analysis for key marketing initiatives. **Expectations** - Work as an apprentice (12‑24 months) or intern (6 months) starting September 2025. - Be based in Paris and collaborate closely with marketing, data science, and engineering teams. - Deliver actionable insights that improve campaign ROI, customer loyalty, and cross‑device journey metrics. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Define, build and maintain marketing KPIs in dashboards (e.g., CRM, media, cross‑device performance). 2. Manage end‑to‑end analytics projects: data extraction, cleaning, calculation, visualization, and reporting. 3. Translate business objectives into analytical questions and appropriate methodology. 4. Communicate findings to stakeholders, acting as a bridge between data and business teams. 5. Contribute to data usage improvements across the organization. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets. - Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction. - Experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) is a plus. - Fluent in French (written & oral); comfortable with English. - Organized, rigorous, and adaptable. - Ability to translate business needs into precise analytical solutions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrollment in a top engineering or analytics‑focused program. - Certifications in data analytics, SQL, or visualization tools are desirable but not mandatory.
