Job Description
Job Title: Marketing & Communication Intern Role Summary: Support the marketing and communication team of a leading retail real‑estate fund company by producing, editing, and distributing content across digital and print channels; assist in planning and executing product marketing campaigns aimed at Wealth Management Advisors (CGPs) and retail investors. Expectations: • 6‑month internship starting Jan/Feb 2026 • Deliver high‑quality written and visual material for internal and external audiences • Collaborate with sales, client relations, and senior management to align campaigns with business goals • Demonstrate initiative and self‑direction while working within a close‑knit, growth‑oriented team Key Responsibilities: - Create and edit communication assets: newsletters, annual reports, sustainability reports, product brochures, and slide decks. - Maintain brand presence on website/extranet, LinkedIn, email signatures, and press releases. - Support planning and execution of online campaigns and client events (roadshows, salons). - Measure campaign performance, collaborate with sales and client relations to assess impact. - Coordinate with graphic designers, use design tools (Canva, etc.) and marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Pardot‑or‑equivalent). - Contribute fresh ideas for marketing initiatives and process improvements. Required Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication in French and English. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of graphic design (InDesign, Canva). - Familiarity with email marketing and campaign tracking tools (Mailchimp, Pardot, etc.). - Organizational ability, attention to detail, and teamwork orientation. - Creative mindset with a willingness to take ownership of tasks. Required Education & Certifications: - Current enrollment in a marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related program at university or equivalent. - Minimum academic standing (e.g., 2.0 GPA or higher) may be requested. - No mandatory certifications, but knowledge of digital marketing tools is preferred.
