Job Description: **Job Title** Line Operator – Training Program **Role Summary** Training to become a Line Operator responsible for operating and monitoring automated production lines in industrial settings. Complete a 4‑month training (including 1‑month internship) followed by a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. **Expectations** - Complete all theoretical and practical training modules. - Demonstrate competence in operating automated equipment and maintaining first‑line maintenance. - Show commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. - Participate actively in a team environment and adhere to shift schedules. **Key Responsibilities** - Operate and supervise automated production equipment. - Monitor production metrics and report performance indicators. - Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshoot equipment faults. - Ensure product quality and safety compliance. - Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to optimize production processes. - Complete mandatory training and internship evaluations. **Required Skills** - Practical problem‑solving aptitude. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good communication skills in French. - Willingness to work in shift (posté) schedule. - Basic mechanical and electrical understanding. **Required Education & Certifications** - French laboral system registration (e.g., France Travail) required. - Pre‑qualification: High school diploma or equivalent. - No specific technical certification required; training will be provided.
