Job title: Director, Web Development
Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end digital strategy and execution for corporate and customer web properties, ensuring seamless user experience, high conversion, and revenue growth. Drive cross‑functional collaboration, oversee technical operations, and align content with business objectives.
Expectations: • Own the digital vision, roadmap, and KPIs for all web channels.
• Deliver a frictionless, data‑driven eCommerce experience that increases self‑service ordering.
• Lead a small team and external partners, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the website strategy, roadmap, and performance dashboards.
- Manage site architecture, navigation, content hierarchy, and UX across corporate site, portal, catalog, and ordering systems.
- Oversee hosting, security, uptime, functionality, and regulatory compliance.
- Implement A/B testing, UX enhancements, and SEO/SEM best practices.
- Integrate web platforms with CRM, marketing automation, ERP/eCommerce, and analytics tools.
- Coordinate editorial planning and content delivery, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
- Align web initiatives with product launches, digital transformation, and marketing campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report digital performance metrics; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a leading‑edge user experience.
Required Skills
- 5–10 years leading web strategy, digital marketing, or eCommerce operations in a B2B/industrial context.
- Proven management of complex, multi‑platform web ecosystems (Drupal, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SharePoint, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, marketing automation, analytics, and eCommerce integration.
- Project management, stakeholder communication, and team leadership capabilities.
- Ability to translate technical and industrial content into clear, customer‑focused digital experiences.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Strategy, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in web development, digital analytics, or project management are a plus.
