Job Title: FP&A Director – Customer Enablement
Role Summary: Lead a global finance team managing a ~$400 M P&L, delivering strategic financial insights and forecasts to drive revenue growth and profitability in a multi‑cultural, matrixed environment.
Expectations: Deliver data‑driven decision support for commercial leaders, build and maintain driver‑based FP&A models, and spearhead process improvements to enhance financial governance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage $400 M P&L and key financial metrics (revenue, margins, pricing, customer past dues, salesforce effectiveness).
• Partner with commercial leadership to provide actionable financial insights for revenue growth and profit maximization.
• Build structured, driver‑based FP&A models with advanced scenario, sensitivity, and simulation techniques.
• Serve as strategic advisor to division leadership on growth strategies, technology adoption, and process optimizations.
• Develop and implement annual operating plans, long‑term forecasts, and annual/long‑term financial planning cycles.
• Evaluate and support commercial deals: pricing, contract structuring, and financial viability assessments.
• Lead initiatives to improve financial processes, data governance, reporting, and eliminate non‑value‑added activities.
• Manage special projects and ad‑hoc reporting to align with emerging business strategies.
• Build and lead a high‑performing, diverse team and cultivate a commercial‑centric culture.
Required Skills:
• 10+ years in finance, analytics, pricing, or product management with a record of scalable success and team leadership.
• Proven experience leading global, matrixed, multicultural teams.
• Expertise in driver‑based revenue/cost modeling; sensitivity analysis, Monte‑Carlo simulation, advanced forecasting.
• Strong strategic mindset, bias for action, continuous improvement focus.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in KPIs and forecasting.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage conflict, and lead change.
• Prioritization, multitasking in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with SAP, Hyperion (HFM/Essbase), Business Objects, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
